职责描述：

1、根据业务需求部署及维护相关服务；

2、根据业务需求，规划、设计服务器架构方案，使其具备高性能、高可靠性、可扩展、安全等特性；

3、配合开发工程师建设自动化运维体系包括线上服务的变更、服务状态监控、服务容灾和数据备份等工作，对服务进行例行排查、故障应急处理等工作；

4、负责网络、系统和业务等方面的安全加固工作，进行常规的安全扫描以及安全事件应急处理。

岗位要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、通讯等相关专业；

2、精通Linux/Unix，会编写shell/Python等脚本，有过相关服务器部署及维护的工作经验，能够处理常见操作系统级故障；熟悉Raid，LVM等存储基础架构者优先；

3、熟练掌握ELK日志监控管理平台及自动化部署工具；

4、掌握主流开源监控系统Zabbix，Nagios，Open-falcon等任一项；

5、了解性能分析，对网络协议，流量，磁盘IO的性能问题有一定的理解；

6、了解区块链，对IPFS/Filecoin有经验者优先；

7、善于沟通和逻辑表达，良好的团队合作精神、积极主动性及抗压能力。
