Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

主要职责:

1. Identify areas for apply innovation generated in China or global to solve unmet medical training needs

识别中国及全球应用创新领域,解决未满足的医学培训需求

2. Be able to independently built BD plan put forward clear sales plan and push quantify and implement

能够独立制定业务发展战略,制定和实施明确的销售计划并量化销售目标

3. Maintain the existing distributor channels and KA customers. Put forward a specific plan quantify and implement

维护现有代理商渠道和重要客户,制作明确的计划、量化并且实施

4. Organize regular activities i.e. road show exhibition workshop and training to promote product implementation and our brand enhance the influence in medical simulation training industry

定期组织路演、展览、工作坊、培训等活动,促进产品应用,提升品牌,增强医学模拟培训行业的影响力

5. Prepare tender documentation product sheet and users manual

负责标书、产品文档、用户手册的编写和审核

6. Communicate and negotiate with potential partners

与潜在合作伙伴的沟通和谈判工作

7. Collect market demand and competitor information

收集市场需求及竞品信息

8.Timely import the data of customer and project follow-up progress into CRM system

及时将客户、项目进展录入CRM系统;


Key Requirements:

职位要求:

1. Bachelor degrees or above major in clinical medicine or biomedical engineering is preferred.

本科及以上学历,临床医学、生物医学工程专业优先

2. Two years+ experience in medical device industry preferably combination of business development marketing or financing with consulting background

2年以上医疗器械行业经验,***结合业务发展、市场营销或金融咨询背景

3. Excellent inter-personal communication coordination skills

良好的人际沟通和协调能力

4. Patient and proactive willing to take challenge

5. Know how to make use of effective resources such as brand image intangible assets corporate culture be good at customer negotiation and maintenance and have cooperation experience with KA customers

6. Strong networking capabilities with KOL field experts distributors and customers.
