Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do 岗位职责:

• Working as customer quality engineer for customer quality service
• Focus on customer requirements and handle customer complaint.

• Lead on the customer quality engineering support to achieve customer satisfaction ， Provide

  8D report and follow up

• Customer satisfaction survey and follow up , support customer visit， quality audit
• Management of Customer feedback handling to ensure the effectiveness, e.g. SCAR, RMA etc.
• Working with customer for product quality continuous improvement through KOI e.g. dppm, yield etc.
• Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.
• Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
• Responsible for developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products
• 担任客户质量工程师，负责客户质量相关的问题解决和事项
• 关注客户要求并处理客户投诉
• 领导客户质量工程支持和实现客户满意度，提供8D报告，跟进处理情况等
• 主导客户满意度调查和拜访, 客户审核
• 及时反馈客户相关的处理方案，以确保有效性，例如SCAR，RMA等
• 通过KOI与客户合作，以??不断提高产品质量，例如dppm，产??量等
• 确保所有质量相关数据的数据可用性和完整性。合并并报告质量结果。
• 根据需要启动纠正措施请求，并跟踪完成情况。
• 负责制定，应用，修订和维护将材料加工成部分成品或成品的质量标准

  
  

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Bachelor’s degree above，engineering related major
• 1-3+ years’ experience in CQE  or SQE or PQE or Process or other engineering position 
• 2020 Fresh graduate is also welcomed 
• Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the Quality Assurance function (SPC, FMEA, DOE, APQP, PPAP, etc.) and Box Build knowledge is perfer 
• Solid experience in process quality and customer compliance management is perfer 
• Good English in speaking and writing
• Can work under pressure
• Excellent communications and project management skills
• 本科以上学历, 质量工程相关的专业
• 1-3年以上客诉质量工程师, 制程质量，供应商质量，工艺，测试，工程等工作经验
• 2020年应届生毕业生，英语口语能沟通也是合适的
• 熟悉质量相关的工具和知识优先考虑
• 熟悉客户投诉的处理方式和流程优先考虑
• 英语听说读写能力良好
• 优秀的沟通能力和项目主导能力
• 优秀的抗压能力
