Primary Duties & Responsibility:

1. Managing overall branch activities including asset management, profitability and growth, sales revenue, programs and activities related to operation.

2. Assist the Country Manager with development of local DPEX Shen Zhen strategic initiatives to achieve objectives.

3.Setting appropriate structure of branch and amending as necessary.

4.Championing the development of leadership competencies that drive individual and team goals.

Qualifications

1. Express& logistics experience.
2. Understanding of B2C express business procedures and product knowledge is a preference
3. Proficient in MS-Office.
4. Fluent use of written and spoken English.
5. Be familiar with the handling procedure of freight and the cargo terminal at the airport.
6. Knowledge of local Customs regulation and Clearance procedure.
7. Good Planning, Organizing and Problem-solving Skills.
8. Bachelor degree in Transportation, Logistics or related discipline
