Job profile information
Works as mature and professionals to support responsible teams with solid HR consultancy, daily to daily support.
1)Is the management team members in the responsible departments/sales teams
2)Mature and professional HR role in day to day consulting and operation cross all HR sub functions

To provide expert advice, guidance and coaching to line manager and ensure quality delivery of activities within their area of expertise or across a number of areas of expertise
?Provides support to managers and employees in responsible areas with timely and accuracy working manners
?Manages the delivery of complex and specialists activities within HR operations cross recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Labor relationship and others
?Responsible for using their judgment and discretion to interpret policies and procedures and apply them
appropriately for the situation
?Responsible for offering coaching, advice and guidance to managers in order to actively raise their
understanding of and expertise in people management and HR issue
?Responsible for ensuring the delivery model for shared service is reinforced by directing the customer to
the correct channel
?Keep HRBP manager informed of risks or challenges in business areas
?Work with HRBP manager for continuous improvement, new projects to support business development and growth
?Other tasks that need for this professional role

EXPERIENCE
Solid exprience, 3 years as start level as HR generalist cross different HR functions.
Experience in recruitment, C&B, labor relationship is required with general understanding for other HR sub functions.
Experience to support the first line managers for minimun 3 years is required.
EDUCATION
University degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent majors in management, economics etc.
