QC Inspector

作为QC Inspector，你将在我们快速发展的质量控制部门中扮演重要角色。

希望你是：

1. 扎实的英语技能，能与国外同事沟通和撰写英文报告；

2. 熟悉供应链管理系统，熟练操作电脑及办公软件；

3. 熟悉质量管理行业的标准，具有3年或以上的QC工作经验；

4. 接受在各个地区出差，代表公司去工厂实施QC的工作；

5. 能够独立、可靠地工作，完成产品的检验报告。

工作职责：

1. 大货产品质量的抽检

2. 运用SCM系统对产品进行质量管控

3. 总结每天产品质量问题并且纳入QC日报中

4. 依据产品功能对产品进行安全检测以确保符合合格标准

5. 协助亚太区分公司和海外总部的同事解决相关的事宜

6. 协助QC部门进一步的优化流程和团队提升

QC Inspector

We offer an exiting opportunity to be part of our fast expanding department, opportunities to develop your skillset and utilise your own abilities to become an essential member of the team. Problem solving abilities are a must, as well as an analytical mind.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Sample checking for products quality

· Conducting quality reports in our Supply Chain Management system

· Conducting function and safety tests on products to match certified standards

· Summarizing quality problems and compiling daily QC reports

· Working with local and overseas colleagues for solving open issues

· Supporting further build-up of the company QC team and processes

The right candidate must be experienced in conducting QC inspections, with a background in performing various standard functions tests. The candidate must also be;

- Willing to travel to our partner factories throughout Guangdong as a representative of the company.

- Able to work independantly and reliably to deliver crucial inspection reports on a large variety of household goods.

- Familiar with Quality Control industry standards.

- Willing to use their knowledge and experience to help and shape the QC department and all its teams.

- Have an excellent command of English and be ready to communicate detailed quality issues with foreign members of the company.

- Familiar with computer software (such as Excel), experience with Supply Chain Management software preferred.

- Ready to support all aspects of the QC department as needed.

- Minimum three years experience preferred.
