岗位职责：

1. 根据产品企划部的产品开发结构, 收集国内相关供应商的情况, 了解产业群. 通过筛选供应商的报价、质量、产能、合作态度等提供出2-3家可打样的OEM或ODM供应商

2. 寻找国内优质货源和供应商，并有能力与供应商谈判获取有竞争力的产品报价

3. 供应商管理和考核，确保货源质量，整合资源，建立公司良好的供应链

4. 新供应商开发工作，寻找符合公司要求的供应商

5. 创建电子物料供应商资源池，负责器件优选库优化；根据研发选型需求，确认匹配物料及合格供应商

6. 配合完成部门制定的开发任务和指标

任职资格：

1. 电子、通信、机电等相关专业本科以上学历，8年以上电子和电子结构件镜头等物料采购经验

2. 了解智能电子产品音频系统测试工作，独立完成音频质量评估，包括mic、speaker等内容

3. 有电子工程师背景或FAE背景，或相关大企业工作背景，了解电子物料基本原理及应用者，有行业优质供应商资源者优先

4. 熟悉电子物料市场行情（特别是产品类IC类元器件），掌握有关物料的供应市场变化与价格走势

5. 为人正直，阳光诚信，具有良好的职业操守；良好的沟通能力，具备快速反应和主动服务精神，有较强的承压能力

6. 较强的供应商管理、协调、沟通、谈判能力

7. 有良好的英语口语沟通能力
