岗位职责:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Lead and develop regional Manufacturing Engineering capability to support the business objectives and continuous growth.
2.Work closely with Global and Regional project teams, ME teams Operations and R&D team to make sure all projects are well managed and supported by Manufacturing Engineering resources managed and ready for operational start-up after Gate 5.
3.Evaluate current manufacturing capabilities and quality, product offerings and lead-times; Implement programs to improve quality, productivity and efficiency, reduce lead-time and improve service to customers.
4.Support Global and Regional Engineering Change, Gate Review, and ensure seamless implementation of all changes.
5.Lead continuous improvement, through the use of systems thinking and the implementation of systematic process improvements.
6.Lead development of appropriate system operating procedures, and training of appropriate operations personnel.
7.Provide technical support on installed equipment, tools and facilities to operations to achieve asset optimization.
8.Lead/manage engineering/design, fabrication and installation of equipment, facilities and tools to achieve operations objectives.
9.Develop and manage a team of regional Manufacturing Engineering professionals to support regional engineering initiatives and programs.

IDEAL PROFILE
?University Degree

Bachelor or above in electromechanical or industrial engineering.
?Experience

5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, 3+ years of experience in quality or engineering management is preferable.
?Language

Fluency in both English and Mandarin (Read, write and speak)
?Critical Competencies

Gain full knowledge and skills of management, possess broad experience of quality and engineering management.

Familiar with manufacturing process of electronic products.

Strong logical thinking ability, leadership and coordination competency.

Achievement oriented, customer-focus, service spirit, team awareness.
