Role Purpose:  

Enhance the efficiency and upgrade legal compliance

  

 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  

• Assist in review of tenancy agreements and other kinds agreements during business operation

• Assist in preparation of legal documents

• Assist with internal and external legal counselor

• Legal compliance logistic management 

                      

  

Requirements:

  

• Bechelor of Law if preferred, major in law or business

• At least 3 year working experience;

• Fluent Mandarin, good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

• Experiences in contract review and preparation of legal documents;

• Strong team work sense;

• Legal knowledge about contract;

• Proficient in PC applications
