工作职责：

？ 销售计划管理：制定年度计划并分解到季度、月度；监控各区域的季度计划、月度计划完成情况；

？ 销售项目管理：负责重大营销项目管理和监控，重大项目绩效管理；商机进程、费用、合同及回款监控与预警；

？ 经营预警分析：定期组织区域营销经营分析会；组织编制区域经营预警分析汇报材料；监控预警措施的落实情况；

？ 体系流程优化：参与销售体系流程架构的建立与优化、落地推行；

？ 部门管理：指导与检查运作支持部人员工作；

？ C类客户维护跟进

任职要求：              

？ 统招本科及以上学历，7年以上相关工作经验

？ 熟悉解决方案型销售模式，具备高科技行业工作经验优先

？ 熟悉MTL、LTO、OTC流程

？ 情商高，强沟通能力与统筹协调能力

？ 原则性强，又能灵活解决问题
