MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION设立该职务的基本目的

·        Build, in coordination with RA/AIC/Logistics/HR team and in collaboration with Central and Asia Pacific Quality team, a self-inspection quality system answering all requirements of Chinese authority

·        Coordinate and enhance, for all brands and per channel, the data collection of the quality issues detected by warehouses, retailers and consumers, animate the related improvement action plan.

·        Coordinate action in case of quality issue detected according to HQ and brand General Manager instruction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION该职务的主要职责

Quality referential and quality referral:

1)Update LVMH P&C Shanghai’s quality referential according to authority requirement: refine product quality related SOP, including importation document filing and warehouse whole operation [receiving/sorting/batch control/picking and dispatching/labeling and assembly]

2)Coordinate with RA, AIC, HR and Logistics to execute self-inspection every 6 month as the role requested by non-functional cosmetics importation responsible units

3)Handle daily quality queries from HQ, government office, counter BA and consumer, whenever applicable

Quality defects collection and analysis:

1)Enhance consumer quality complaint collection making it exhaustive to all sources and channels: warehouse, trade (department stores, boutique, retailers and e retailers), all ecommerce platform

2)Elaborate and communicate a monthly report gathering and coordinate with AP Quality team the quality analysis

3)Set up priorities and animate, in coordination with operation team (HQ, Singapore, P&C warehouse) the improvement action related to the data collection

Quality issue coordination:

1)Proactively lead quality checking/sorting/rework project with the instruction and guidance from Central & AP QA team

2)Coordinate recall process if necessary

3)Timely communicate on action progress and stakes, involving HQ and Brand GM

Quality of local purchase materials

1)Define priorities and type of products concerned

2)Set up quality checking flow for local purchasing materials

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND该职务所需的主要技能及相关背景

-Familiar with China authority organization and requirement (FDA, Market inspection…)

-Familiar with quality referential and audit (ISO…)

-Familiar with product requirement & specification

-Diploma in Industrial/Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or equivalent

-5- year experience in a similar position/environment

-Good command of English
