Major Responsibility:

• Good knowledge in seamless area, can individually work on garment construction method including cutting, sewing.
• Lead the technical development of products by interpreting requirements of the customer, product managers and fit technicians to Pattern team and Technical Services ensuring alignment towards creating quality work products
• Follow up the T&A and lead the planning and scheduling of pattern technologists deliverables for customer and Technical Services
• Responsible for process compliance and risk management of teams within Product Technology
• Directly involved with all technical matters from design through to development leading to problem solve by following up on time line, coordinating expertise, directing risks assessment test/trials when needed, arranging for pattern tests and trials, and bridging communications to get alignment and the right calibration
• Lead various levels of risk assessments and risk mitigation for products in the early stages of development ensuring smooth and secure Hand Off to Technical Services to continue with industrialization
• Partner with Product Management, and Technical Services to lead effective pre-production and technical meetings to ensure quality of deliverables and effective hand off (support Pre-NSR and lead NSR, NSA and PI meetings)
• Responsible for the quality of patterns and grading development
• Support Process Excellence - identify and drive efficiency improvements and more effective business processes.  Drive to simplify complex manufacturing processes and continue to provide visibility to the improvement opportunity until the decision is made.
• Coach and mentor - motivate and encourage the growth of expertise within the team by helping others to learn and master new skills.
• Decision making and problem solving - use facts, logic and methods to make appropriate decisions which lead to effective and timely business driven decisions. Anticipate and identify unforeseen issues, examine various sources and look behind obvious to provide objective analysis and best solution.
• KPI Goals/Deliverables - achieve the business goals through quality and on time pattern and sample submission all the way to PI release for bulk production while complying with operational steps & procedures within the aligned critical path and calendar.
• Act in accordance with the core values and principles of the organization.
• Require to be proficient in Chinese and English verbal and written skills
