We’re looking for a Production Manager to join our Signify Luminaires Chengdu Factory.

Working as a Production Manager at Signify is dynamic. You‘ll be responsible of luminaires assembly shop floor in Signify Luminaires Chengdu Factory. We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.

What you’ll do

• Leading production safety and 6S management and improvement.
• In charge of production process control and improvement, assure product quality
• Control production cost, optimize production flexibility, ensure work order on time delivery
• Improve productivity，4M1E consumable cost control
• Coach and train supervisor/GL/TL, improve organization skills and capability, team development
• Lean deployment in production team, use Kaizen, MCRS, IE skills to continuous improve production way of working

Your qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring Industrial Engineering or Mechanical related, with the working experience in English working environment
• Strong sense of cost control, process optimization and analysis and problem solving ability
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in production management, familiar with process of manufacturing department, proficient in all aspects of manufacturing
• Fluent in English as a working language
• Familiar with lean production improvement methods
• Good communication skills, rich team management and coordination skills
