ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-ordination and corrective action management on:

• In line quality issue

• Customer complaint

• Line Stop/ Restart

• Routine Process Audit to monitor manufacturing line performance

• Non-conforming parts/ material control

• Shipping Out-of-Box Audit

• Drive/ support quality improvement initiatives

• Change control – Approval/ Effectiveness monitoring

• Quality Assurance during NPI stages

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Be own of 6+ years manufacturing QA experiences with bachelor or 4 years master education background.

• Familiar with quality/ process control, problem solving, continuous improvement tools

• Problem Solving and Continual Improvement independently: at least 3 years' experiences woring with cross-functional team to solve quality issue

• Prefer to work at first place of problem happened(produciton line) to solve quality issue and seek for improvement opportunities.

• Able to be a creative thinker and devise creative solutions to complicated problems

• Lean produciton experience will be a plus

• Good communication and presentation skill

• Good English - both writing and speaking
