Associate Director/Director for JAMP (“Japanese Account Management Program”)

Business Development

  

• Analyze and update the China’s Japanese business market trend and needs in liaison to Protiviti capabilities

• Stay close to Japanese business community in China for networking, establish Protiviti profile as an entrusted consulting firm with a positioning in alignment with Protiviti solutions

• Prospect for potential new clients, maintain relationship with Japanese management, identify new opportunities, and assist in managing the JAMP portfolio

• Actively participate in marketing events and speak for seminars or other similar occasions

• Collaborate with Protiviti global offices for joint business development initiatives

          

  

Client Service Delivery

  

• Lead, execute and manage internal control/internal audit or other consulting projects for Japanese companies together with project leaders

• Communicate among clients’ Japanese management and Protiviti project teams, to ensure clients’ concerns and expectations are timely addressed

• Deliver presentation to clients’ Japanese management for project progress update and project conclusion

                

Requirements

  

• Japanese nationality

• Bilingual, either English or Chinese in professional working proficiency

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Minimum 12+ years of relevant working experience

• Consultancy work experiences in areas of risk and internal control, internal audit, financial advisory, process and performance improvement, and information technology are preferred

• Business development experiences are preferred

• Work experience in China are preferred

• Willingness to develop a thorough understanding of Protiviti solution and capabilities
