Linio Asia office plays a strategic role when comes to Linio’s objective by sourcing unique products in Asia and helping Asian sellers to expand their business in Latam. The Experience Program therefore contributes to the business by supporting and delivering a satisfactory experience to our sellers and customers. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

1.  Customer oriented: needs that come from customers and require contact with sellers 

· Follow up order delivery status with sellers and provide feedback to local customer support team 

· Support local customers by clarifying  products information 

· Compliance of product content and pricing errors 

· Improve KPIs related to customer experience 

2. Seller oriented: needs that come from sellers and require contact with internal departments or customers 

· Product content improvement to help sale increase 

· Support sellers inquiries such as payment adjustments, product return,  

· Implement automated seller support program and improve the seller experience’s indicators 

· Coordinate surveys of seller experience 

· Execute automated solutions to improve seller experience 

· Build seller FAQ 

· Coordinate with logistics team to provide feedback regarding order status 

· Collect feedbacks that commercial team need from sellers 

· Help sellers to optimize their daily operations 

 

Requirements: 

1.Good in oral and written English. Spanish is a plus. 

2. Strong communication and operation skills. 

3. Fast problem solver. 

4. Innovative and creative solutions to manage massive daily operation tasks. 

5. Multi tasker. 

6. Advanced skills in Office package. VBA Macro and SQL knowledge are plus.
