l 岗位描述：

1. 通过拨打电话跟进每日更新的线索。了解学生基本信息和客户需求，给到初步的建议，邀约到访办公室跟留学顾问咨询。

2. 社群运营。通过微信客户管理系统跟进和维护微信好友，管理和运营社群。

3. 销售低价服务。初步介绍公司的品牌和服务，可以有策略的对适合客户的低价服务进行直接报价和销售。

4. 激活老客户。主动联系有价值的老客户，尝试了解客户需求，并初步判断客户意向度，灵活运用多种方式了解客户的背景信息，为顾问提供支持。

5. 前端客户咨询。在微信端，以“必益小助手”的身份，为客户提供前端咨询服务。当客户有意向进一步咨询或者了解产品服务的信息以及索取资料，可尝试邀约到访办公室跟顾问面谈，收集客户信息，重点索要客户手机号码，转化为线索，录入CRM，通过电话继续跟进，也可酌情配合顾问跟进客户。

6. 参与市场推广活动。邀约客户参加公司组织的留学招生活动或者其他线上线下活动，确认客户到访。

7. 接待到访客户。客户应约到访办公室或者活动现场，需要给客户签到，发送资料，引荐顾问。做好客户跟顾问见面前的衔接工作，帮助顾问建立起专业的高端服务者的形象，提升客户的体验，帮助顾问顺利开展咨询工作。

8. 回访调查。在客户参加了活动以后，做回访，了解客户的感受和意见，为接下来的跟进工作提供参考建议。

9. 统计和反馈数据。统计客户的各项数据并向负责各渠道的同事反馈推广效果。

10. 完成个人和团队业绩指标，以及公司临时安排的其它工作。

5. 本科学历或以上。
