Main Objective:

Key contributor to achieving overall retail targets with Sephora channel, while ensuring account relationship is maximized.

Main Responsibility:

Lead and ensure team to achieve monthly sales targets

Coordinate & lead field team on all aspects with regards to related channels (product assortment, stocks and display)

Works closely with Education Team and Sephora Training Team to organize Sephora BA in-class training and in-store coaching

Works closely with Visual Merchandising team to ensure best-in-store merchandising in related channels

Works closely with Marketing team to ensure well-executed launches & animations, reviewing product assortment regularly

Ensure brand image and market ranking in Sephora

Build excellent account relationships with Sephora counterparts

Assist KA Manger with Sephora E-Commerce acceleration

Assist KA Manager with other strategic projects
