职责描述：

1. 管理软件开发团队，以设计实时技术批量处理系统集成

2. 指导团队成员，并通过实例进行编码编程和审查

3. 专案经理、后端和测试团队紧密合作，由功能/非功能性技术需求到用户故事或客户旅程图中作出了解

4. 领导整个开发生命周期

5. 管理大约15名软件工程师，指导他们的个人/职业发展

6. 与纪律，产品和办公室领导人员协作，制定改善团队健康和效率的策略

7. 倡导您的采购/雇用流程，以鉴别和雇用工程師

8. 积极参与实现产品的技术

9. 提倡维护产品的技术基础

10. 制定流程和方法，以提高与远程办公室的跨团队协作的有效性

1. Manage software development teams in designing real time / batch system integration across multiple technologies

2. Coach team members and lead by example through hands on coding programming and review

3. Work closely with the PM, Back-end, and Test teams to understand functional/ non-functional tech requirements into user story or customer journey maps

4. Owning full development life cycle through production

5. Manage a group of around 15 software engineers, coach them in their personal/ career development

6. Collaborate with discipline, product, and office leadership to develop strategies for improving team health and effectiveness

7. Champion your sourcing/hiring processes to identify and hire engineers

8. Take an active part in delivering on the technical health of product

9. Advocate for maintaining the technical foundation for the product

10. Develop processes and methodologies to improve the effectiveness of cross-team collaboration with remote offices

任职要求：

? 7年以上的软件开发经验，以及3年的工程经理经验

? 在软件开发实践和系统设计，软件工程与测试流程方面具有丰富的经验

? 了解微服务设计模式

? 具有合作、协商领导风格

? 具有招募候选人和发展工程团队的经验

? 具有参与技术讨论的经验，包括代码、技术设计审查或创建新标准以改善团队

? 具有可扩展系统架构和开发大型可维护软件系统的经验

? At least 7 years of software development with Agile Methodology experiences with 3 years of Engineering Manager experience

? Good experience in software development practices and System Design, Software Engineering & Testing processes

? Good understanding of micro-services design patterns

? With an emphatic, collaborative, consultative / leadership work style

? Experience recruiting candidates and growing an Engineering team

? Experience participating in technical discussions including code reviews, technical design reviews or creating new standards to improve the team

? Desire to work collaboratively with your Engineering team on technical design and implementation

? Experience with scalable systems architecture and developing large, maintainable software systems
