Main Objective:

Achievement of revenue targets

To support course promotion

Develop new sales channel

Main Responsibility:

？      Introduce academy and professional courses to potential students, achieve sales target;

？      Research, Account Mapping and Lead generation to support revenue targets

？      Responsible for achievement of revenue targets

？      Acquiring new clients for the courses

？      Relationship management (upselling and cross-selling) with all new students to maintain the future

？      Updating sales efforts in CRM and assist in preparation of daily reports

？      Marketing events support, like open day, workshop etc.

？      Enterprising aggressive sales professional with excellent communication skills

Profiles We are looking for:

？      Bachelor’s degree and good in English;

？      Strong communication skills when liaising with different category of potential students

？      Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to the communication style dependent on the needs of the audience

？      Demonstrated experience in training and education industry

？      Sales performance focused and a strong sense of personal accountability

？      Negotiation and influencing skills both internally and externally

？      Ability to work across the business in partnership with internal stakeholders

？      Ability to work autonomously to achieve set results

？      Ability to tailor Training solutions to reflect students’ requirements
