Responsibilities:

You will be tasked with a variety of activities: sourcing, new business development, collaborating with internal teams on orders, projects or initiatives, supporting core business operations where necessary.

1. Communicate directly with US/Philippine team and be the point of contact regarding day to day new products/ new business developments tasks: product sourcing, factory sourcing, investigation, negotiation, sample making, orders follow up.

2. Be responsible for on-time completion of sourcing or operation tasks assigned.

3. Travel to new factories when necessary, to audit, negotiate with, or on board factories, and monitor new factories performance to ensure compliance on major aspects.

4. Keep and present clear documents on quotations, investigations, factory profiles, etc.

5. Help on other temporary tasks when assigned.

Qualifications:

1. College associate or a higher degree holder.

2. Prior experience preferred in operation, preferably in sourcing or new products development, and preferably from E-business background, familiar with sourcing, factory negotiation and costing analysis. Experience in textile accessories or gifts preferred must not a must-have.

3. A go-getter with can-do attitude, comfortable in fast pace environment, quick learner and can handle pressure well.

4. Outgoing, straight forward, full of passion and always ambitious to achieve more.

5. Smart in prioritizing and attention to details

6. Good communication skills, decent English listening, speaking & writing abilities.

7. Good computer skills on Microsoft (mainly excel).

KPI:

岗位职责：

负责新业务相关的运营操作：新产品新工厂开发，寻源，调查，以及跟进与新业务相关的订单或项目。同时协助核心业务的运营或其他临时任务。

1、与美国、菲律宾团队联系，根据采购需求，收集供应商资料，样品，报价和谈判

2、定期完成分配的寻源或报价任务。

3、必要时出差工厂，对工厂情况进行稽核，与工厂谈判或跟进重要订单。

4、 监督新工厂的绩效，确保在主要方面合规 （主要是品质，交期，价格，配合）

5、 保存好相关报价，调查，及工厂档案等纪录并在需要时提供。

6.完成分配的其他临时任务。

职位要求：

1、 大专或以上学历

2、 有运营相关工作经验优先，有电子商务背景，或有采购、谈判、价格分析及新产品开发经验尤佳。有纺织品配饰及礼品类产品经验优先（非必须）。

3、结果导向，态度积极，适应快节奏环境，能较好承担压力，迅速学习和掌握新知识。

4、外向，直接，热情，有不断进步和获取更好结果的野心。

5、工作善于分轻重缓急，跟进有条理，不遗漏。

6、沟通能力强，英文听说写熟练，能与外籍同事顺畅沟通。

7、 熟练使用 MS Office 软件， 熟悉 Excel 操作。
