？  Handle customers’ enquiries via phone or email or in person or any other channels

  

？  Proactively coordinate with internal parties to provide solutions to customers on any aspects

  

？  Coordinate with Sales for the booking forecast and any special follow up

  

？  Prepare vessel schedule with local details to customers & market

  

？  Contact customers for cargo readiness, booking arrangement, related requirement & promotion

  

？  Follow up all booking related processes with customers and involved parties

  

？  Coordinate with Sales, Operations and customers in case of cargo rolling

  

？  Keep customers timely updated if any related update on operations, transshipment, etc

  

？  Coordinate and push transshipment ports in case of any long idling for t/s

  

？  Coordinate with POD for any cargo status and special request on import

  

？  Follow up any long idling shipments with POD and shippers

  

？  Data quality monitoring and push for good service to customers

  

？  Communicate with customers for any related update, service promotion, new requirement etc.
