PURPOSE OF THE JOB

-  To enhance counter visual merchandising quality which covering the planning guideline and implementation in whole China.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

-  Develop and implement counter display, particular on soft merchandising.

-  Co-ordinate contractor project on POS production and promotion site design/construction. 

-  POS material ordering and A&P control

-  Co-ordinate with PM to implement POS execution for each marketing program

-  Coach field force to maintain PCD standard merchandising quality on counter

-  Backup counter installation follow-up, and other assigned projects

 PERSON SPECIFICATION

Technical skills

-   At least 3 years relevant working experiences or previous experience in cosmetics/fashion/retail-related brand

-   Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication

-   Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
