Requirement：

1. Min 4 Years working experience in similar position
2. Working experience in trading company or e-commerce is preferred
3. Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
4. Able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule
5. Extensive experience using MS office software, ERP system and 3rd party logistics platform/App.
6. Excellent data analytical skill
7. Good presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English 
8. Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, a good team player, initiative, integrity, problem-solving skills.

                                                                

    

    

Responsibilities:

• Check out the ship qty allocation with US office 4 weeks before FRD
• Work with both procurement team & supplier to make sure shipments get booked 2-3 weeks in advance
• Sailing schedule and space follow up to make goods to ship out on time.
• Shipping doc checking and uploading into forwarder platform
• Receiving and transfer goods in ERP system
• Update the shipment status in shipping tracking report every day.
• Other jobs/tasks assigned by manager.
