Job Requirements 职位要求:

1.  More than 3-5 years QE experience, with SQE experience is preferred

        3－5年或以上的QE工作经验，有SQE工作经验

   2. College degree or above, major in mechanical Engineering or mechatronics Engineering

       机械或机电专业大专以上学历

   3. With knowledge of ISO9001, RoHS & REACH

        了解ISO9001, RoHS 和 REACH

   4. Good skills with quality issues & trouble shooting

       良好的质量问题处理能力

   5. Good communication skill

       良好的沟通能力

   6. Basic writing, oral and listening English ability, CET4 or above is preferred

      基本的英语听说与读写能力，CET4或以上

   7. Manufacturing processes: Working knowledge for various processes such as plastic injection, CNC machining and            electrical parts

       熟悉生产加工过程，如注塑、机加、电子电器产品等的生产加工

   8. Familiar with electric household appliance is preferred

       熟悉家电产品者优先

   9. Knowledge for various measurement methods is preferred

        

       熟悉各种测量方法

   10. Good in data analysis

       良好的数据分析能力

   11. Good computer skills, able to work in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related computer programs

       良好的办公软件操作能力

  

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

 

1.  Create and maintain the QC documents, such as QC instructions, measuring reports, etc

        

        建立并维护质量文件，如QC作业指导书，测量报告等

   2.  Responsible for first article inspection, analysis and qualification

        负责首样确认、分析与批准

   3. Inspect the finished parts from supplier before shipping to customer, or before the assembly process

       检验供应商提交的或公司生产的产品

   4. In charge of quality issues & trouble shooting from suppliers or in-process for root cause and corrective action

       负责供应商与制程质量异常的原因分析与纠正处理

   5. Responsible for resolving customer quality complaint

       负责客户质量投诉处理

   6. Responsible for audits of suppliers, including annually or new supplier sourcing

        

       供应商审核，包括年度与新供应商开发的审核

   7. Other quality related tasks requested from the company
