Essential Function 1:Application know how

1 Familiar with all kinds of application, support lab training of sales & technical team.

2 Preparing application prototypes for the technical seminar, workshops or trainings

3 Support TS to finish all the application tests according to TSR

4 Preparing lab report for the tests done for application projects

Essential Function 2:Goal quality management

1. Secure global quality standards and test procedures.

2 Follow lab best pratice rule and build up lab SOP. Take repsonsiblity of lab routine management.

3 Organize the test equipment calibrated and regularly services.

4 Ensure the good safety wareness and avoid lab accident.

Essential Function 3:Administration/ Organizational objectives

1. Organize and maintain application lab according to legal requirements and clariants guide-lines

2. organize PC lab working including interns

Essential Function 4:Technical product management

1 Support TS to run lab tests to investage the complaints

2. Run lab tests for product qualification projects from MPP

Essential Function 5: People development

1. Analyze gaps in personal and techncial skills and develop a corresponding training plan
