Operations
The Operations organization is responsible for ensuring our customers have the smoothest, most delightful post-purchase experience possible, by managing the end-to-end supply chain from logistics, fulfillment, support, and more. This team is deeply cross-functional and serves as the backbone for the entire company, with every department relying on the team for consistent delivery and optimization of all services we offer.

We are searching for an ambitious Operations Manager to lead our China-based logistics and fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and can work independently without significant guidance to improve and optimize our current processes and vendors while coordinating closely with our US-based operations team.


Responsibilities：
Procure and build deep partnership with a consolidation 3PL
Coordinate with our points of contact at suppliers to automate and ensure on-time pickups for air or ocean freight
Collaborate closely with our US operations team to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery experience for customers.
Build relationships with new shipping carriers and maintain strong relationships with existing partner carriers
Evaluate and execute international expansion and manage existing market initiatives
Document and maintain clear logistics, fulfillment, and support SOPs and process map diagrams

Requirements：
7+ years of experience working in operations on a fast-growing consumer-facing organization
Deep expertise with cross-border fulfillment to the US required
Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Must be able to work with a smile through the ups and downs.
Able to work closely with US team and time zones
