职位描述 Job Description 

1. Coordinate all investment document with project engineers and manager.
  协调和整理项目的投资预算文件给部门经理审核，并发送给总部。

2. Tracking all project agreement with RD engineer and Headquarter

   追踪和跟进项目合约/合同 给开发工程师和供应商，给部门经理审核后发送给总部负责人。

3. Tracking review all RD projects status with project engineer and Headquarter. 

   追踪和跟进所有研发工程师的项目进度。

4. Support manager for some technical data collecting and researching. 

   帮助部门经理对一些数据的整理，文件夹的整理，以便审计不定时检查。还有一些数据的搜索。

5. Follow up all investment project documents process, follow up payment process tracking.

   追踪和跟进项目投资的所有文件，程序，付款等

5. Handling invoice with manager and Headquarter.

   追踪和跟进文件发票是否符合公司要求，并递交给部门经理审核和发送国外。

6. Arrange Headquarter colleagues hotel booking and traveling plan.

   跟进国外同事到中国的时间安排，供应商拜访和酒店预订等事宜。

    

    

职位要求 Position request：

1.     College/bachelor's degree, excellent fresh graduate is welcome.

大专/本科学历，优秀应届毕业生亦可。

2.     Skilled use of WORD, EXCEL and other office software; like Photoshop, 3D software is priority.

熟练掌握办公室软件。

3.     Good command of written, spoken English is priority.

英文要求能读写。能听说优先考虑。    

4.     Willing to learn, listen, Active and optimistic

愿意学习，倾听，积极乐观

5.     Work responsibility, work carefully, have a good team spirit
