Position Summary:

• The Senior Sourcing Specialist is responsible take sourcing role in NPD and running OEM Global projects.
• Coordinate with OEM factory to finish all related supplier chain compliance document (CSR, SCS, COC) and Environmental assessment tool. (Higg FEM) for business partners.
• Market research and analysis in new categories.
• Work with different across-functional department from Global regions, to drive each project forward effectively.
• Manage supplier chain tasks to improve supplier delivery performance.
• Effectively communicate, oral and written in English, throughout the project life cycle with all project stakeholders, to include materials, production, logistics, and others as necessary.
• Under the Sr. Global Sourcing Manager's direction to manage negotiation for contract, cost and commercial needs to meet financial/cost KPIs.

• Develop and maintain on-going relationships with key suppliers and establish effective programs and processes of ensuring "best in class" supplier performance.
• Annual cost negotiation with each vendor and the supplier contract signs off.
• Working with factories as per Standard Operating procedure to assess compliance with Code of Conduct, Cooperated social responsibility, supplier chain security policy.
• Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders to execute the whole process effectively and efficiently including RPQ follow up, price analysis, sampling, product development, timeline, commercial negotiation， communication and supplier evaluation/audit, delivery, etc.
• Selects and recommend suppliers, negotiate long-term contracts where applicable, and maintain performance to expectations.
• Sourcing activity in new product and new supplier.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in purchasing.
• Experience with Consumer Products' Production Process per Standard Operating procedure to assess compliance with Code of Conduct for business partners, familiar Social Standard.
• Independent individual contributor.
• Work experience in related field (social and environmental factory audits).
• Working at SDA sourcing is a plus.
• Independent working and frequent travelling required.
• Bachelor's degree holder is indeed.
