Your tasks and responsibilities

工作任务与责任

• To accept bookings, all system entry requirements including all financial administration tasks in particular correct and timely profit share with overseas. 
• To liaise with involved parties to ensure loading and clearance tasks are completed correctly and on time. 
• To ensure correct data quality within internal systems at all times. 
• To monitor truckers, rails and other sub-con performances. 
• To keep control of rates, contracts, and any spot deal made, also engaging in spot interactions to ensure that service will be delivered on time.

Your skills and experience

技能和经验要求

To be considered, you should have a good understanding of export procedures and freight forwarding knowledge. You have good telephone skills and has a customer-focused mindset.

你需要对出口流程熟悉，具备良好的货代知识。你擅长电话沟通及具备良好客户服务精神。
