  The Design Qualification Engineeru硬件测试工程师 will be based in Nanshan,Shenzhen

  We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

  Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Review customer product specification and reliability requirement document and develop power supply qualification test plan (include product functional, climatic environmental and reliability requirements). 查看客户的产品规格和可靠性要求文件，并制定电源可靠性测试计划（包括产品功能，气候环境和可靠性要求）。
• Develop Flex internal reliability test. 开发Flex内部可靠性测试。
• Follow DQE test plan to perform the DQE test at designated design stages (before the product is released into manufacturing) and finish the test on time. 遵循DQE测试计划，在指定的设计阶段（在产品投入生产之前）执行DQE测试，并按时完成测试
• Optimize some test method and equipment fixture优化测试方法和设备夹具
• Perform failure analysis for the test failure / issue occur during DQE test, and proposed the corrective action if possible. 对DQE测试期间发生的测试失效/问题进行失效分析，并尽可能提出纠正措施
• Prepare DQE test report after DQE test在DQE测试之后准备DQE测试报告
• Assess design team corrective action and conduct verification test for the DQE test issue. 评估设计部的改善方案并对改善后的样机进行验证测试。
• Review and track the project issue with design team, and follow it until the issue closed与设计部门工程司一起跟踪项目失效问题，直到所有问题解决

  Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

  ? Bachelor or above degree, major in electrical or electronics; 本科或以上学历，电子相关专业；

  ? 4+ years electrical components testing working experience in high power industry （preferred has battery module test）,4年以上大功率电源电子元器件应力测试工作经验 (有电池模块测试经验的优先)

• Basic reading and writing English（English report）基本的英文读写能力 (英文报告)
