职位描述

The Sr. Marketing and Communications Manager, reporting to Director of Marketing and Communications, is both a strategic and operational position to develop, execute and manage omni-channel marketing programs to drive awareness and growth in support of brand objectives across all channels (retail, wholesale and online).
To increase the reach and impact of our fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands’ profile and visibility through the delivery of high value and influential marketing, communications and PR,
thereby significantly contributing to the growth and development of our business in PRC.
To achieve this you will work closely with Brand Managers of our portfolio brands, allocating budget and resources to meet the business priorities, developing and implementing a
marketing and communications strategy across a range of reactive and strategically planned opportunities in media, retail activation, partnership, digital and social.
You will manage a communications team across multiple functions, motivating and supporting staff to deliver high quality work and will have an active role in supporting brand team
to drive business.
Accountabilities:

1.    Responsible for the development and delivery of 360 marketing & communications strategy which develops the brand in line with the global guideline and brand priorities.
2.    Develop and implement brand retail event calendar, PR communications plan, social media strategy and digital campaigns.
3.    Maintain continuous dialogue with retail & ecommerce team and coordinate marketing support for new store openings, retail activation and other special projects.
4.    Manage overall A&P budget and ensure all online and off-line programme milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget.
5.    Plan and implement strategic PR, media and social strategies and establish strong connections with magazines, media, KOLs, and celebrities.
6.    Develop and deliver creative and effective marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches to help position new brands to launch in the market.
7.    Establish effective working relationships with brand partners to ensure continual growth and success of the brands.
8.    Lead and grow team members to ensure team performance meets and exceeds expectation.
9.    Constantly monitor the competitor space to keep abreast of what the market is doing and to learn from other marketing executions, communication channels and tools implemented by other brands.
10.    Stay abreast of new market trends across and not limited to the fashion & beauty industry, digital marketing and social media.
11.    Lastly, you will be expected to handle ad hoc projects when required.
职位要求:
?    A university degree holder in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or Marketing
?    At least 10 years of solid foundation of experience in developing seasonal marketing calendars and integrated campaigns within an international fashion, beauty lead business or agencies
?    Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results
?    Experienced in strategic marketing planning, branding, and launching new fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands to the market
?    Energetic and intuitive marketing strategist with exceptional leadership, strong business acumen and communication & presentation skills.
?    Ability to work independently and adapt to ever changing market environment
?    Good team player, proactive and outgoing
?    Good commend in spoken and written English and Mandarin
