2. 对锂电常用正极材料有全面理解，并且对现阶段商用锂电池电池及正极材料有一定了解；

3. 至少掌握一种锂电正极材料的成功研发经验；

4. 在电池电极材料、电解质、隔膜、系统等理论方面有深入的研究化学、材料学等相关专业；

7. 对锂电的研究及产业化有独特见解；

职位要求：

1.大专学历以上；

2.5年以上锂电池化学研发；

3.能够适应国外出差。
