工作职责：

1.负责手机部门日常相关，建议并完善相关岗位职责；

2.负责新产品研发导入；

3.参与手机设计评审，DFM报告的输出；

4.完成试产前相关夹治具的制作，以及生产流程的建立；

5.引导完成工程阶段到试产阶段的过程，输出试产报告；

6.跟进并解决小批量试产的问题点；

7.大货SOP的标准化；

8.学习并引进新技术；

9.外购件的综合评审工作；

10.对供应商有一定的质量把控标准。

要求：

1.大专及以上学历；

2.7年以上手机新产品研发导入相关工作

3.简单使用英语，能够借助手机当面交流，如果能熟练使用英语，工资可以上提；

3.能接受去总部工厂出差，支援当地工作；
