1，根据产品路线图和产品规格书制定项目资源规划和项目计划并跟踪项目实施；

2，管理项目的日常开发工作，根据进度合理调配资源，确保项目按时按质按量交付；

3，管理ODM/OEM合作项目，协调开发进度和质量要求；

4，负责完成产品的系统交付工作，协调技术支持的资源调配和客户沟通；

5，及时识别项目风险并组织输出规避措施。

岗位要求：

1，电子工程/结构设计/材料及相关专业本科学历以上；

2，3年以上硬件产品研发和项目管理经验；

3，熟悉电子产品开发和硬件产品生产制造及质量保证过程，有手机或其他智能硬件产品开发和项目管理经验优先；

4，熟悉电子产品开发的各项技术，包括工业设计、结构设计、电子电路、等各个技术环节；

5，良好的沟通和协调能力，有团队管理和供应商管理经验者优先。能熟练运用文档和项目管理工具。
