ASSIGNMENTS

Job specific key tasks and responsibilities

- Responsible for HFS on an operational level

- Responsible for related HFS - order handling, deviation handling, claim handling, securing all system updates

- Cooperate with relevant internal stakeholders (mainly Supply planners, Packaging planners, Transport and Warehouse), in order to maintain the business and secure daily operations

- Collect market information to secure good performance of daily operations and share on an operational level to related functions

- Prepare documents necessary for custom clearance based on templates, according request from HFS

As one of IKEA Trading Service Offices, we do this in co-operation with our Head Office in Sweden and other 30 Trading Service Offices around the world.
