Responsibilities

    

    

-          Proceed AR/AP/GL/inventory/Cost in ERP and preparing financial reports

-         Weekly statement with foreign companies and check the balance

-          Accuracy in data and maintain proper supporting and required approvals of all transactions

-          Prepare reconciliation and analysis reports for debtors, creditors, inventory

-          VAT invoice issue, and tax filing, communicate with local tax bureau for special issue. 

-          Preparing and submission reports to Tax Bureaus, SAFE and other authorities

-          Support month-end and year-end close process

-          Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements:

-          Bachelor degree, major in Accounting/Finance or above

-          Experienced in statement with foreign companies would be better

-          Minimum 4 years relevant working experience

-          Good knowledge of accounting standard, taxation policies and SAFE requirements

-          Familiarity with the import and export process, VAT returns and China Port System  

-          Have VAT experience in APAC would be preferred

-          Good knowledge of computer skills with MS office, and SAP System

-          Self-Motivated, willing to work under pressure and good team player.

-          Good written & oral skills in English is required.
