Responsibilities

·       Ensure the business processes are clearly defined, documented and up-to-date

·       Extract data from various databases and systems to perform exploratory data analysis

·       Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools

·       Assists in the preparation and execution of Company meetings with the various stakeholder teams including senior management

·       Support the various Business Units of the company in identifying and interpreting trends, causes, variances and issues associated with their performance data

Qualifications

·       Bachelor degree and 1+ years of professional work experience in data analysis, business administration and/or Supply Chain Management

·       Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is an advantage

·       Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint skills (Tableau, Power Bi is a plus)

·       Customer service oriented & good communication skill

·       Highly organized and results driven, proactively follow up on tasks

·       Strong analytical skills, attention to detail

·       Language (English) excellent verbal and written
