 Manage all aspects of recruitment activities, streamline and monitor related process to maintain an effective recruitment process at all times that meets the needs of the business
- Manage and control payroll processing lifecycle, ensure a proper payroll / benefits being conducted in compliant manner with local social legislation and company policies
- Work with global HR team and local business leaders to coordinate key HR process such as annual compensation review/ promotions /performance review /training review/ annual budgeting with rolling forecast and other related activities
- Oversee HR operations in the region, manage the process of staff lifecycle process and procedures, ensure all effectively executed and communicated to all levels of staff and comply with local legal requirements
- Provide coach, advice, communication and support to Business Leaders on HR related matters including organizational design, workforce planning ,talent management and career development, compensation and benefits etc.
- Assist managers in the employee dialogues including performance improvement, involuntary termination and disciplinary action/termination
- Other tasks assigned by GM

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor or above degree in HR Management, Economy or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in HR general management , solid experience with recruitment is a plus
- Knowledge of Retail /FMCG industry or consulting firm is a plus
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Learning agile, problem solving analytically, open to new ideas, analytically inclined and detailed oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- English fluency (spoken and written)
