PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintaining credit information for credit customers

· Generating account statements and sending to customers

· Performing account reconciliations

· Performing daily/weekly collection calls

· Investigating and resolving any discrepancies, enquiries and irregularities

· Monitor accounts to make sure receipts are applied to individual invoice timely and accurately

· Assisting AM in regular AR meeting with Sales, Operations and etc

· Assisting with month end closing

· Producing necessary data analysis on the regular credit review of customers

· Work in a cross function team to improve process, cost errors and implement new process

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB

· An ability to prioritise and manage expectations

· An ability to work independently

· The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company

· A mathematical background
