Job Responsibilities:

Familiar with PMC Department operation including Sales Order, Purchase Order and Production Order process, 5years experience are required, and Familiar with one-stop-service of ordering process, including:

1. Master Production Plan management. Master Production Order to work out with Production Dept. weekly according to open order status and capacity.

2. Capacity management according open sales orders status and future orders evaluation status.

3. Production Order management according to daily rolling demand including planned demand and daily incoming sales orders, material and capacity status.

4. Daily Work Plan management according to Master Production Plan, material and capacity status, and control stock level to reduce excess stock.

5. Material Planning management according to yearly consumption data and customer special requirement.

6. Purchase Order Process daily management to fulfill on time delivery, and control stock level to reduce excess stock.

7. Familiar with return goods process and rework order process.

8. Supplier Management to smooth supply chain and fulfill supplier OTD target.

9. Sales Order management to fulfill sales order performance.

10. Familiar with PMC Dept KPI management, including customer OTD, supplier OTD and inventory KPI.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree.

2. Good English.

3. 5years experience of planner in a mid or big company.

4. Familiar with office software including excel, word, PPT, and ERP system SAP.

5. Good communication skill to both internal and external party.

6. Positive attitude, self-motivated, enthusiastic, honest and good interpersonal skills.
