PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES：

- keep close relationship with industrial client in Southern China;

Drive new business in industrial , formulate new business develop plan based on target industry segment or targeted regions.

- New business development with focus on Contract Logistics products and meet objectives and budget on new business gain.

- Lead customer meetings and sales visits and able to provide and present tailored and innovative solutions to potential customers.

- Lead in engagements and strategic customer interfaces with key account contacts to identify further business opportunities with existing and potential customers.

- Collaborate with Asia regional BD team and handle sales lead properly.

- Work on RFQ/RFP responses, manage the bid process and work closely with solution team.

- Market, industries and competitors information collect and analyze.

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB：

Technical

-Solid sales and client management experience in contract logistics or other logistics company

-Proven success in business development and customer pipeline

-Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Business

Solid understanding of transportation/logistics / supply chain management

Human Relations

Good communication and interpersonal as well as strong relationship building skills

Superior customer relationship management skills
