岗位责职：

1、负责规划、制定和完善公司的人力资源管理各项规章制度;

2、开展工作分析，建立、完善各部门岗位职责说明书;

3、根据公司的人力资源需求计划，组织各种形式的招聘工作，进行人员的选拔、聘用、培育、保留;

4、规划并组织各部门绩效考核，负责绩效考核的内容建设、沟通与实施；

5、开展员工培训，关注员工发展，做好人才的潜能开发、培养；

6、负责薪酬福利管理工作;

7、组织公司的企业文化建设，组织开展各类员工活动，提高员工满意度;

8、负责日常行政事务管理工作，保证公司日常办公的正常运作。

 

职位能力要求：

1、工商管理、人力资源、或法律类大学本科以上学历;30人以上100人以内、知识密集型企业1年以上HR工作经验;

2、具备管理学、经济学及人力资源管理方面的基本理论和基本知识，受过人力资源管理方法与技巧方面的基本训练，具有分析和解决人力资源管理问题的能力;

3、性格开朗、善于沟通、细心、亲和力佳;

4、懂规划统筹、具有培训能力。做事坚持原则、执行力强；

5、懂得组织能力打造、或有过杨三角理论相关知识和经验者更佳。
