We are seeking an Analyst to join our Regional Commercial Strategy and Planning team. This team is responsible for setting up our commercial teams for success, delivering ongoing and project based commercial insights and for leading important strategic projects. This is a global role, and its functions have impact across countries and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

· Providing analysis and measuring success of key strategic projects and cross-border models.

· Building reports and dashboards to measure and analyze success.

· Scenario evaluation for continuous improvement of current metrics i.e.: Profitability, CR, RR, etc.

· Using data mining to develop and implement a data-driven commercial strategy

· Extract commercial insights from past commercial campaigns to better perform in future ones.

· Ongoing benchmark and gap analysis.

· Alignment with Business Intelligence and Performance regional teams.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelors degree or above.

· At least 2-year experience in a data science/performance role.

· At least 1-year experience in creating and modifying SQL queries. (Required)

· Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and Macros)

· SQL Intermediate-Advanced

· Strong verbal and written communications (Chinese and English), as well as the ability to work effectively and deliver results across cross-functional, remote, and virtual teams.

· Ability to clearly deliver executive-level communications.
