Requirement：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above   

2. Minimum of 2 years print/packaging/paper experience.

3. Minimum of 2 years supporting EC, EOL and NPI processes. 

4.Minimum of 2 years Manufacturing/Distribution environment background preferred.

Responsibilities：

1. Eestablish & review all process and internal document to ensure current working flow is competent and efficient.

2. Submit samples to meet customer requirements and FAI submission for approval before mass production launch.

3. Resolve problems to ensure to meet KPI target, seek effective solution and take corrective action to improve NPI service ability.

4. Develop suppliers to understand customer expectations accurately, improving supplier’s supporting service.

5.  Provide some guide and training to the new staff. Monitor new team member to make them work smoothly.
