First year working in Huizhou project site then back to Beijing/Tianjin.       

 Responsibilities: 

 1. Work with project team to fulfil the project execution from design review, construction/installation to handover. 

 2. Support Project Manager prepare the project master schedule and track the actual progress; 

 3. Check the construction material compliance with design drawing, construction codes. 

 4. Work out technical specifications covering material selection, sampling verification, construction/installation and acceptance requirements. 

 5. Daily inspection on civil & fit-out works. 

 6. Work closely with other team member to ensure all interface works are well managed. 

 7.Organize client training programme and handover procedures to achieve the timely and successful mechanical system.   

 Requirements: 

- At least 3 years relevant Industry / Chemical / Pharmaceutical experience 

- Design experience of electrical specialty is a prefer 

- Hand-on knowledge on piling work, concrete, steel structure; cleanroom is preferred. 

- Proficient in CAD system, BIM knowledge will be a plus.
