职位描述 Responsibilities:

1.根据客户需求，制定合理生产计划和物料需求计划。

Make reasonable production schedule and material control plan based on customer demand.

2.及时跟进生产物料，保证物料能够满足生产计划需求。

Follow up raw materials in time , be sure to satisfy production request.

3.制定合理的生产计划，跟进生产进度，保证按时出货。 Make reasonable production schedule and follow up production completion status to insure shipment on time.

4.客户需求及订单评审工作。

Review customer demand and firm orders.

5.日常生产进度及出货跟进。

Follow up daily production completion status and shipment.

6.跟进生产订单完成情况，及时处理已过期订单。Follow up the production order completion , deal with the overdue work orders in time.

7. 积极协调各相关部门，保证生产顺利正常运行。

To coordinate relative department to insure production running normally.

8. 协助生产内部处理生产异常情况，保证按时完成出货需求。

Assist to deal with production abnormal situation to insure shipment on time.

9. 配合各相关部门工作，确保物料供应满足生产需求。

To cooperate with relative department's work, to assure material supply to meet production requirement.

10. 其它上级安排的工作。

Other issues assigned by Supervisor.

任职资格：Qualifications  

教育水平：大学专科及以上学历。

Education: College degree or above.

专业：工商管理相关专业

Professional: Business administration and other related professionals.

培训经历：持续改善，安全知识等培训。

Training: Knowledge of Continuous improvement and Security training

工作经验：5年以上PMC工作经验，其中2年以上主管经验。

Work Experience: Over 5 years experience in PMC, including 2 years management experience.

知识：企业管理，生产运作管理，物流管理等知识。

Knowledge: Business administration, Production operation management, Logistic management.

英语要求：能用英语进行日常工作交流

English Requirement: Able to communicate in English in daily work.

能力要求 Capacity Requirement:

1. 精通生产计划和物料计划的排程，并有丰富实践经验。

Well versed in the affairs of the production & material schedule process, and a wealth of practical experience.

2. 熟悉公司生产运作流程及出货流程。

Familiar with company manufacturing operation process and shipment process.

3. 较强的组织、沟通、协调能力。

Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.

4. 熟练运用和操作计算机常用办公软件和ERP系统。

Familiar with computer office software and ERP system.

5. 较强的责任心，并能承受一定的工作压力。

Strong responsibility and be able to withstand certain work pressure.
