Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for the site capacity study and planning, ensure site capacity to meet business requirement

• Analyze equipment/tooling availability vs. build plan requirement, recommend action plans to mitigate constraints, ensure equipment/tooling capability are not a limited to support business demand

• Lead capital plan for NPI projects and Mass Production ramping up, work with NPI PM and relevant functions to drive capacity installation on schedule

• Initiate and lead Kaizen or lean activities across the company to improve productivity, reduce waste, reduce operating cost and improve cycle time

• Standard time study for all products, includes the improvement on the methodology of standard time define and measurement

• Support industrial engineering methodology or management process optimization to improve throughput and efficiency measurement

• Overall production layout planning and optimization, including equipment layout, material flow/handling and routing improvement

• Support Site capital spending forecast for annual operation plan and 3-5 years strategy plan

• Assist Industrial engineering training within the team or across the team

Qualifications and requirements

• 5-10 years' experience with bachelor degree or above in IE

• Experiences in electronics, semiconductor, CM industry. Expertise in Kaizen and Lean manufacturing is highly preferred.

• Excellent capability to implement lean concepts or tool to drive efficiency improvement, cycle time reduction and cost saving.

• Demonstrate leadership capability and strong project management experience, leading cross functional team for continuous improvement projects or Kaizen activities.

• Mathematic Statistics and simulation Modeling capability is preferred.

• Good command of Oral English and Written English, familiar with AutoCAD.
