Responsibility：

食品&饮料领域销售工程师

？ 制定、实施和更新中国西部和西南地区食品应用分销商的销售计划

？ 更新并执行当地授权经销商的商业渠道协议。

？ 分析分销商进入市场的动机、购买行为和作用，以支持分销商的销售增长。

？ 确定提高各分销商销售额的关键因素，并激励他们优先考虑阿尔法拉瓦尔产品的销售；

？ 拜访和培训经销商，确保他们有正确的相关工具来实现销售目标。

？ 在指定区域寻找新的分销商，覆盖最终用户和其他客户

Requirement：

？ 机械，热能与动力工程等学历背景，本科以上学历；

？ 食品或机械设备销售经验

？ 渠道管理经验

？ 良好的沟通和谈判能力

？ 愿意学习和自我激励

？ 英语技能

？ 能接受出差
