Job Description: Work together with China Team to support UK office under the instructions of Head of China Operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3-5 years working experiences in SDA(Small Domestic Appliances, Kitchen Appliance) or Personal Care & Beauty Electricals or relevant sourcing/buying office experiences. For talented person, 1-2 years experiences can be considered. For candidate with much better experiences, can be considered as senior position with relevant higher salary expectation.
• Knowledges of electricals and relevant regulations in Europe typically.
• Good sense of factory and product sourcing, good sense of pricing and price negotiation.
• Good English communication, including reading, writing & spoken.
• Good communication skills, can communicate with suppliers and overseas office efficiently, find the key points in short time and execute them in due course.
• Details-oriented and result-oriented.
• Organized person and good at time management.
• Problem solver. Willing to learn and take challenges.
• Last but not the least, honest and good personality, team spirit and willing to take responsibilities.

Details of job duties:

- Assist to source products and suppliers, get the quotes and arrange samples.

- Assess suppliers and factories capacity and capability to meet requirements.

- Monitor supplier performance to ensure it meets or exceeds company expectation.

- Coordinate with Purchasing and PD team for order execution, product development and resolve relevant issues during product development and production status on a timely and proactive manner.

- Ensure company procedures and working instructions are adhered to when setting up any new vendors.

- Build effective relationships with the vendor base, enhance and promote the company’s profile and integrity.

Perform other assigned duties to support China Team and UK office.

Monthly Salary Package: Monthly RMB9K-12K, provide social insurance/housing funds and phone bill compensation package.

Bonus: Basically, company will provide 13th month bonus in March of next year but this needs to be evaluated based on individual performance and company yearly turnover status.

Probation: 3 months.
